We will be closed from 24 January until 10 February inclusive. During this time we will not be despatching any orders or answering any telephone calls. 

Orders for accessories placed before 5pm on 23 January will be despatched as normal. 

If you have an urgent and important matter - e-mail us. We will use reasonable endeavours to get back to you within 72 hours.

If you have returned a Christmas purchase to us during this time, we are sorry but we can not process any refunds or exchanges during the January/February holiday closure period. We will process your return upon our, er, return!

New website in 2012!

The expansion of Practical Cycle's range of products means our current website is fit to burst. We've added, bolstered and reshuffled it as much as we can. It's time for a new website! You won't see anything amazing happening just yet but by the spring you'll start to see a new, better website develop before your eyes. 

Our new website will be faster, clearer, better organised, and be more geared to you whether you may be a new customer, an exisiting customer or a customer overseas. The new website will work perfectly and just for you!
